necesario calentar los músculos y preparar al cuerpo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No empieces tus ejercicios sin un calentamiento previo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El ejercicio provoca en el organismo una serie de cambios y reacciones que si no está preparado adecuadamente pueden ocasionar lesiones, dolores y en ocasiones alteraciones más graves en los sistemas cardiovascular, nervioso y locomotor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para poder preparar al cuerpo para incrementar su actividad física o hacer algún deporte es necesario siempre realizar algunos ejercicios sencillos, pero profundos, que además de relajar y calentar los músculos, vayan incrementando poco a poco la frecuencia cardiaca y respiratoria y preparon a las articulaciones.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estos ejercicios pueden ayudar también a lograr una mejor concentración, sobre todo cuando se va a iniciar una actividad de tipo competitivo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El calentamiento debe durar por lo menos 10 minutos y repetirse en rutinas de al menos 10 ejercicios, antes de empezar a correr, brincar o a realizar ejercicios de flexibilidad, fuerza o agilidad y también el tiempo de calentamiento depende del esfuerzo que se vaya a realizar, por ejemplo, los ejercicios aeróbicos o los deportes requieren de más tiempo y quizá de otro tipo de ejercicios dependiendo sobre todo del área del cuerpo en que se vaya a incremento de los casos de diabetes tipo II en los países desarrollados&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Los expertos alertan de la posible pandemia futura originada por la cada vez mayor incidencia de la enfermedad entre los más pequeños&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La diabetes tipo II va en aumento. Un incremento que se produce directamente derivado del estilo de vida de los países desarrollados y que lleva camino de convertirse en una pandemia en el futuro. Así lo ha dicho el internista del Hospital Virgen del Camino de Pamplona Gregorio Tiberio. Sin embargo, el doctor se mostró positivo y afirmó que, con un buen tratamiento, ejercicio y dieta sana “es controlable”.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Así, Tiberio explicó que los pacientes de diabetes tipo II suelen ser personas de entre 40 y 60 años, e incluso mayores: “son gente que tiene insulina, pero insuficiente, o tiene exceso de calorías y hace poco ejercicio, lo que provoca que no se pueda metabolizar todo aquello que se consume”. Además, informó de que esta enfermedad afecta a entre un 8 y un 12 por ciento” de la población.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por otro lado, el especialista explicó que la diabetes tipo II se está incrementando en los países desarrollados y vaticinó que se convertirá en una de las “múltiples pandemias de enfermedades que habrá”, a no ser que haya “un cambio radical en nuestra calidad de vida”. La falta de ejercicio y el abuso de comida: “comemos más de lo que podemos consumir”, dijo, son factores determinantes. Tiberio explicó que cada vez se detectan más casos entre los niños, que están registrando un aumento de porcentaje de obesidad. “Los niños ahora pasan de tres a cuatro horas sin hacer actividad, entre el ordenador, la televisión o la playstation. Ha cambiado la manera del juego del niño, que antes era salir a la calle, jugar a fútbol, a baloncesto, ir al parque…”, añadió.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tiberio recordó, además, el aumento de la comida
